...I just realized that my last entry was 1 1/5 years ago. Uhm, yes...and I don't have any excuses for it.
But I'll give you a short update to my life.
First of all...I'm going to Ring*Con again. After last year I needed to go again even though I said that I won't go this year *lol* But lets say...Haldir will be in the house so it's a MUST for me. This year I'm not going with Christin but with another friend so I will enjoy it some more. Only 5 days are left until it will start...wooohoooooo :-) I haven't been so bouncy for awhile. The next good thing is that I have the two days after Ring*Con off and I will really need it *lol* And I'm going to the Green Day concert on 5th October. I'm so curious how that concert will be. It will be definitaly a FANTASTIC and AMAZING weekend :-)

A few meaningful events that lay back were for example the concert of Amy Macdonnald in September. Unfortunately it was a short one but I can only recommend it. The supporter band wasn't that great. They came from Hamburg and their name was Good Morning Diaries or similar to that. They only sang ballads. Maybe the band is good for a lullaby CD but I wouldn't go to a concert of them. Amy sang for about an hour and 15 mins.





Then I had wonderful two weeks vacancy in August. I visited my cousin, his wife and their daughter for a few days. The live in Bavaria. Their daughter is just sooooo cute. Yesterday she had her birthday and now she is one year young.






I just loved the time there. I could really relax there event though it was very exhausting going up that mountain ;-)

Besides this nothing special happened in my life. I visited a few more concerts like John Kelly & Maite Itoiz, Angelo Kelly, Kathy Kelly, Patricia Kelly, Schelmish, Faun, Fiddlers Green...
At work I still have lots to do. But I changed the department in February so I neither have to much physical stress which is so great.

I wanted to go to the Irish Pub tonight to celebrate St. Patricks Day. I was so excited about it but then one after one cancelled it. So I was the last one who wanted to go...and, of course, I didn't go :-( I think I missed a nice party. Well, that tells a lot of friends at least of those who were so excited to go and just cancelled everything half an hour before. I could have lived with that if there had been a real good reason but no...the only reason was that she wasn't in the mood of it. Hello??? I thought she was a big Ireland fan? Obviously not.
Well, that pretty much fit in the rest of the day. This morning my vacuum flask exploded, then I had so much work I don't know how to get to the ground until Wednesday and then the rejection. Obviously friends aren't that what I thought they should be...but I can't care less for those right now.

I was happy when I sat in MY CAR in the evening to drive home. Yep, it still keeps me grinning all over my face :-) I'm so proud of it and still can't believe that it's really mine. I always have to look out the window to see if it's still there...lol...
I got it last Friday. I drove everyone nuts all day. I counted the hours from the start of the day and informed everyone each hour how many were left *lol* But since I have nice colleagues they were happy with me.
When mom and I arrived at the car dealership the sun started to shine but I was shining brighter *grin* The salesman hurried so he could give me the keys. I was so excited. I was afraid to have a car crash or something. The feeling is getting better now.
As you can see, I really enjoy my car :-)

Hello guys,

First of all I really want to apologize for not being around much lately and for not answering all comments yet. I don't know what's going on with me. I don't want to say that work is the only reason why I haven't been here. Well, it is still very stressful and keeping me busy as always but I'm mostly too lazy to go online. I rather play with my rabbits (who get along really good now) or just lay on my couch...or being outside and enjoy the great weather.
All in all I have been a really bad friend. I hope you will ever forgive me...but I can't you promise anything...

Here are my latest news:

Last Tuesday I was in cinema...hadn't been there for months. We watched Sweeney Todd. I can't really say that I liked the movie but I also did not dislike it. It is a strange movie...or musical...I'm not sure if I watch it ever again or buy the DVD. But I liked the cast very much. Johnnys voice had me melt *sigh*
So just go and watch it...it is worth it in any case ;-)

Then, today I made a big decision...well big for me that is...
I bought a car! Yep, I finally did. It is an Opel Corsa in dark blue (points to the picture).




The decision wasn't easy because it costs more then I actually wanted to spend. BUT (there's always a but...) it is almost like a new car. It is from 2006 and had only 27,000 km. So I thought better spending a bit more money now then buying a new one in 3 years or so.
We had an hour for a test drive. So dad and I took the motorway and wow is it fast :-) even though it only has 60 PS, after the motorway I tested how it goes with mountains...and it was good...better then I thought...so the exact car for me *smiles*
I can't believe I finally get an Opel Corsa. I have always wanted one (even though I wanted a dark green one) and now I get it *is happy now* On Tuesday I'll have another appointment with the salesman to sign the contract and all. I'm so excited and it's still so surreal. My first car :-)

...to let you know that I arrived in Halle savely :-) And, oh wonder, the flight was on time *g* At first I thought that I wouldn't be on time at the airport because the bus had a delay and I had to run for my train to the airport. But the train had a little delay as well so I got it :-) Sometimes the luck is on my side (which isn't common when I go to Halle). The flight was ok. We only had a few turbulences at first...and I got a headache later :-( But cities look pretty cool in the dark from a plane *g*
Now I'm waiting for my brother who is supposed to come around 11:15 p.m. I'm so excited to see him again...can't wait *bounces around*

Just thought to give you a little update.

First of all, believe it or not but I'll get up tomorrow morning at 6 a.m. to go to the training at Kieser. I still can't believe it myself...lol...Me is getting up for sports so early..tsk...maybe there is still hope...lol... But it's necessary because otherwise I wouldn't get all things done. After the training I need to see the doctor because my coughing is getting worse and I haven't slept a night through since Thursday. Last time I was at the doctor's he already thought about giving me some antibiotics if it isn't getting better soon. I think it's because my bronchia are too fragile *sigh* ....whatever...
After that I need to go shopping in Cologne...lol... I still need some clothes. I hate such shopping but I have to do it. I hope it won't last too long so I'll be home by 2 o'clock.
Actually I wanted to make some cookies yesterday but I discovered that I have forgotten some things and I couldn't do them. So I need to bake them tomorrow. You're wondering why I NEED to do it tomorrow? Well, as some of you know I will visit my brother from Tuesday to Monday and want to take some with me. So I can show him what his big sister is able to make...lol...
In between that I also have to pack all my things I want to take with me. On Tuesday morning I'll bring Sunny to my parents and then it will be time to get to the airport. I hope Deutsche Bahn won't be on strike again.

Well, these are my plans for tomorrow and Tuesday. Because of that I think I won't be able to be online again. I don't know if I have the time to be online for the rest of the week. That's it what I just wanted to let you know so you don't need to send out a search party ;-)

I'm so excited about my trip even if it means I won't see Sunny for a week :-( But I'm happy to see my brother again. I will also meet my grandparents and some other of my kinship (at my aunt's birthday party which is the real reason why I fly to Halle). But the best day will be on Thursday...there I'll see the best friend of the world again...my kleinmeli*does happy little dances* I hope she's as excited as I am :-) Well, we've seen each other in October but it's already two months ago. I'm also excited to see her parents again. They're always so kind to me.

On the other hand, I feel a bit bad about deporting Sunny to my parents again and on Thursday she has to go to the landlords of my parents (who are very nice, there's no question). But Sunny has been bitching around for a few days now so I think there is something wrong with her. She is angry when I get into her cage (she hasn't done that before) and want to cuddle with her. She is letting me to pet her. She is growling at me during this but at the same time is trying to get more stroking. I don't know what it is. Maybe she knows that I'll leave her soon.
Some of you will think "...hey, it's only a rabbit..." or "...you're so silly..." or something similar. But people who really know me also know that Sunny means the world to me...she is my heart...and I will just miss her... *wipes a tear away*

As you know I had been on an exhibition...an agricultural exhibition exactly. You're wondering what I have to do there? Well, I'm working in a bank which is financing agricultural machines and equipment and we had a stand there. It was pretty cool and interesting but also exhausting as hell. I arrived in Hannover at 5:45 p.m. (we left Cologne at 1 p.m.) on Wednesday. After our navigation system guided us in circles we finally made our way to the hotel...lol...we passed a brothel (called Venus Bar) three times. What did the navi want to tell us???
On this evening I didn't have to go to the fairground but I was invited among some other colleagues to a restaurant called Pfefferkorn Steakhouse. It was rustic and so comfy. The dinner was great as well...yummy :-)
The next day I had to get up way too early and then we made our way to the fairground. I got to the stand and had to stay there. But it was really funny. One of the sales reps made a little tour with me. He showed me the machines and gave a little impressione what they're doing. I also sat in a combine and a tractor which was pretty cool :-)
After a long day being on my feet they hurt like hell with every step I took. My colleagues and I were invited again for dinner...this time it was an Italian restaurant. I didn't like it that much because I was still hungry after dinner. So I ordered a dessert with some others. I took panna cotta with strawberry sauce...hmmm...yummy yummy...the highlight of the day *g*
On Friday was my last day at the exhibition. We left the fairground about 4 p.m. and I arrived at home about 7:30 p.m..
It was a really great experience.

On Saturday I was invited again...this time it was a birthday party of a friend. It was so funny :-) They had playstation 2 and they lend the "Singstars" games. The CD's were from the 80s, 90s and the Legends. Meli and I were singing very often and with the song "Uptown Girl" we made it to singers *g* We also sang "Imagine" by John Lennon (which was the worst, I didn't know that it would be that difficult), "The Best" by Tina Turner and my favorite of this evening was when we were singing "Zombie" by Cranberries. I always thought that this would be too difficult to sing but it wasn't. Surprisingly I almost met every tone. Isn't that cool? I'm proud of myself :-) Now I would like to have such a thing as well but boy it's still so expensive...at least that's what I know.
Maybe my dream of singing at least in a choir will come true some day...Well, and of course buying an e-guitar ;-)

It's been awhile since I last updated you ;-)
Last Saturday I had a little party where I invited the people who helped me with my moving back in March...lol...I know it took me too long to get almost everybody together. Unfortunately my brother couldn't come but it was good anyway. I also got some gifts: wine glasses, money for nightstand lamps and some decoration material...it was with a little stuffed elephant :-) It's so cute that my friends know what animals I like *g*

Well, during the week nothing special happened. I finally got my train ticket for the exhibition in Hannover. I'm there on Thursday and Friday...that is when Deutsche Bahn isn't on strike again. Then I perhaps have to go by car and since it seems I'll be the only one who will arrive in Hannover on Thursday I would have to drive all the way all by myself. Actually it wouldn't be that bad, I know the way until Hannover but how do I get to the exhibition area??? I've heard that there are a lot of signs to show me the way but I don't trust it...and there will be a lot of traffic.
So, please cross your fingers that they won't strike on Thursday and Friday.

Today I was at the hairdresser and I got a new hair cut and new colour. The colour is dark brown with a few blonde highlights. I just had the feeling to darken my hair. I didn't want to be the blonde anymore ;-) but it still looks a bit strange to me.

I just discovered that I receive an UK radio channel. Isn't it cool? And from that I've heard their music is much better then the one which is playing on our local channels.
AND to top of it...they mentioned YOUR FAVORITE ENEMIES today :-) I was like AAAAAWWWWWW *g* But I didn't hear if they also played a song because my phone rang then...tsk...

I'm all alone again. kleinmeli left Thursday morning and nothing special happened till Saturday morning...lol...
I went to Halle with my parents on Saturday to visit my brother whose birthday was on this day. Of course he knew that we would come because you won't drive about 500 km to surprise. We also was curious to see his new flat...a three-room-flat...he now has a guest room, at least there will be one one day...lol.
The motorways were really cool esp. the last one because there were barely cars and trucks. That's how I like the motorways. With so few cars my average speed was between 150 and 160 km/h...me was driving so fast, I still can't believe it but I'm proud of myself...lol...
At my brothers we had some coffee and cake and in the evening we had dinner at my grandparents (my grandmas birthday was on Friday). Everything was nice...just family.
Well, I had to go to kleinmelifor a quick visit because she forgot her scarf *shakes head* Somehow, I believe she did it on purpose (sorry hun, I'm not mad at you...I liked that quick visit ;-))
On Sunday morning we went back home. Did I mention that I liked that motorway? Again my average speed was between 150 and 160 km/h as long as it was possible. Now I have the need to buy a car really badly but I still have to wait until spring. But then I buy one...that's for sure :-)

As you can see my weekend was kind of exciting...of course not that exciting like the YFE concert on Monday.
Btw., I'm still excited because of the concert...am I weird??? I just can't think of anything else but the concert and pray to whoever is out there that they'll come back very very soon...Oh lord, can you hear my prayer???

I think, now it's time for the concert review...I'm already late :-(

We arrived at the venue about 6.45 p.m. and were greeted by the words "Oh now we're eight"...lol...Really there hadn't been anymore people.
We sat down and talked to the four girls which was so funny.
When it was 7:30 we went to the doors because they were supposed to open then but nothing happened. Well, they were open but we weren't allowed to enter...grrr...
The whole event was supposed to start at 8 p.m. but actually did about 9 or so? The supporter act was a band called Longing For Tomorrow. I didn't like it so much. It was not really my cup of tea.
About 10 YFE came on stage and they made party from the first accord. Aaaahhh, I really got to see them. They were just WOOOOOWWWWW. Everyone gave 300% or so. It was one of the best concerts I ever had. I was so excited before the concert and I am still.
After the show everyone came out and talked to us and the other fans (which was the very best of it). We also made some pictures and Alex promised that they will come back...maybe in January. I so can't wait to meet them again. I will definitely be there.
